As Units 1 and 3 head back to the table in 2017, we could all use a little refresher on what “collective bargaining” means. We will cover the collective bargaining process in Ontario, where Units 1 and 3 are in the process, and what a “platform” means, as well as answer questions related to bargaining laws, rules, and policies.
